Appalachian Regional CommissionFederal-state program designed to assist in the economic development of Appalachia through a diversity of projects in the areas of public infrastructure human resource development and business/entrepreneurial development.Community Development Block GrantProvides assistance to communities for use in expanding affordable housing and economic opportunities, providing infrastructure and/or improving community facilities and services.Delta Regional AuthorityFunds are used to help economically distressed communities leverage other federal, state and local dollars for community development projects.Land & Water Conservation FundFunds to protect important natural areas, acquire land for outdoor recreation and to develop or renovate public outdoor recreation facilities.Recreational Trails ProgramProvide assistance for acquisition of easements, development and/or maintenance of recreational trails and trailhead facilities for both motorized and non-motorized use.Disaster Recovery ProgramCDBG-DR funding can be used for long-term recovery projects such as housing, rebuilding the local economy, and restoring infrastructure.Recovery Housing ProgramThe intent of RHP is to support individuals in recovery from substance use disorder (SUD) and help them reach self-sufficiency by providing stable, temporary housing.PRICE ProgramGrant funding for the preservation and revitalization of manufactured housing and eligible manufactured housing communities.Build America, Buy America (BABA)The Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requires that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in infrastructure projects funded with Federal financial assistance (FFA),must be produced in the United States.
