2011 Conference Registration Form Please mail form with payment to: Kentucky Local Issues Conference, Inc. PO Box 1372 Frankfort, KY 40602.
Payment is due upon registration.
Checks, accepted online and on-site, may be made payable to the Kentucky Local Issues Conference, Inc. Debit cards and online payments directly from a bank account cannot be used to pay for the registration of fiscal court members, treasurers, and fee office personnel. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment online for those listed above.
Fees • Before August 10, 2011: $150.00 • After August 10, 2011 and on-site: $200.00 • Spouse: $50.00 • Thursday Luncheon only: $20.00 • No partial day/one-day registration fees accepted
Refunds No refunds will be made on cancellations received after August 15, 2011. Cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing to shannon.holbrook@ky.gov.

Workshops Please note the change in this year's agenda. We will offer workshop sessions on Wednesday as well this year in order to provide our attendees with additional educational opportunities. We have shortened the original Wednesday Opening Session to one hour.

Lodging |

A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate at the Galt House Hotel. Registrants are responsible for their own lodging and travel expenses. Unless otherwise noted, all conference meals, meetings and other functions will be held in the Galt House East Tower.
