Renaissance on Main "Small Grants" Available
Deputy Commissioner Stacia Peyton, at a recent conference marking the 30th anniversary of Kentucky’s Main Street program, announced the availability of $200,000 in recaptured funds through a Renaissance “Small Grant” program.
Renaissance on Main grants support revitalization efforts in Kentucky cities that are working to have safe, vibrant and economically sound downtowns through participation in the Main Street program. Certified - as well as candidate - Main Street cities are eligible to apply for these competitive grants, with maximum awards being $20,000. Eligible activities include:
· Real Estate Acquisition · Facility Renovation · Streetscape Enhancements · Signage · Façade/Awning Program · Market Analysis · Planning
