NSP-1 Round II
To ensure that the Commonwealth targets NSP-1 program income funds to areas of the state with the greatest need, the Department for Local Government commissioned a number of market studies earlier this year in areas with high volumes of foreclosures. The market studies contain detailed information from a variety of sources and provide information on employment, unemployment, job loss/job creation, rent and homeownership cost affordability, and related information.
