DLG Will Accept Public Comments on the Kentucky Action Plan |

The draft revised Kentucky Action Plan is available for public review and comment. To view click CDBG Amended Action Plan. See page 5 for proposed revision in red. Kentucky's revised Action Plan will be available for public review and comment January 8 – February 8, 2010. Written comments will be accepted, addressed and, where applicable, incorporated into the document. A summary of comments will be submitted to HUD. Those who are hearing-impaired may call TTY 800-648-6056. FRANKFORT, Ky. (Sept. 30, 2009) – Gov. Steve Beshear and the Department for Local Government (DLG) today announced a Flood Control Matching Grant to assist Webster County with cleanup and repair costs resulting from the severe storms and flooding that struck the county on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009 and the ice storm that occurred in January 2009.
